We are looking for editorial interns to work on our technology websites NewYorkCityWired.com and SanFranciscoWired.com Depending on where you hope to gain experience and where your academic focus lies, you will have the opportunity to play a role in the development of our editorial content—researching stories, products and trends; interviewing sources; assisting with photo shoots and other general editorial projects; as well as writing items for online.

writing content and posting via CMS, phone calls, photo, video, interviews and attending events.

You must be tech- and Internet-savvy, a strong writer and an effective multitasker

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Docs preferred

Undergraduate emphasis in journalism, English or communications is a plus

An interest in weddings is helpful and magazine/website experience is a plus

. Local candidates are required to attend weekly meetings.
