Day One

Independent record label, Day One (www.thisisdayone.com), is offering a Audio Engineer & Music Producer internship for principal artist Shah. You will work closely with our teams in New York, Toronto, and Los Angeles. Day One's goal for all internships is for all interns to have a memorable and valuable experience with us. We specifically aim for each internship to lead to either a long-term position with Day One, or employment elsewhere in the field you are passionate about. - Remix Shah’s current recorded and mastered music with songs from other artists
- Remix Shah’s beats with instrumentals from other beats
- Produce new beats
- Opportunity to assist in-house recording engineer in mixing responsibilities if interested

- Previous experience in audio engineering and music production
- Experience in and understanding of rap/hip hop music
- An ear and appreciation for current pop and emerging rap/hip hop
- Experience in instrumental beat production
- Access to and proficient in Protools or Logic
