We’re looking for a designer to join us with a background in brand, and digital product design. You must be comfortable working across various media, including, but not limited to product packaging, web graphics, t-shirts, marketing flyers. You have a strong sense of design, and can can communicate your thoughts clearly in speech, and in writing, and most importantly, in your work.

We’re a Bay Area food manufacturing startup crafting delicious sauces that inspire you to eat healthy everyday! In contrast to conventional sauces on the market, our products are made from whole food ingredients, and infused with superfoods that make them standout. We find competitors are heavy on flavor, but low on health, and we think you should have the best of both worlds. Designing product experiences from farmers market booth, to retail product packaging.
Develop brand assets to accommodate various marketing efforts
Research competitors to ensure our brand marketing stands out on store shelves, and online.
Work with our team to develop graphics for tasting events, and in-store product demos
Prototyping new designs, and running A/B tests with target market users
Assist with preparation of PR materials to be distributed to press, crowdfunding backers, and supporters in the community.

Deep understanding of product design process
Strong design skills, and fluency with Adobe Suite, including but not limited to Illustrator and Photoshop
Must have portfolio link on resume
Can clearly articulate design ideas and decisions
Pixel-perfect attention to detail
3+ years of experience in interaction and visual design
