Spec Personnel

As a marketing intern, you will work with the Marketing Director to develop, implement, and maintain a quality, well-rounded and successful marketing and PR plan. The position is located in our Corporate Headquarters in the RTP Area.

Identifying and compiling a list of local influencers in each market, including businesses or media channels.
Assist with advertising and marketing activities including social media, mobile, mail, e-mail, web, and print.
Work with various databases, ex. CRM and cloud-based marketing platforms.
Draft client communications, content for blogs, website, and social media.
Design graphics to accompany content.

Must have excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
Ability to learn other software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
