At Rise To Purpose Enterprise (R2P). We believe in people helping people.
Individuals: We believe that it’s not your doctor’s fault that exercise, science, and nutrition was not included in their college curriculum and that they struggle to assist you with both.
Doctors: We believe that it’s not your patient’s fault that they don’t follow your advice to exercise and eat healthier, due to the lack of prescription specificity and community support.
Trainers: We also believe that it’s not your fault for leaving the career you’re so passionate about and having to find a real job. We know you are paid very little and have no clear career path for growth.
We honestly believe that it’s no one’s fault, yet it’s everyone’s responsibility to do your part and fix our current healthcare system.

In order to change healthcare across America, we’re looking for bright, motivated, conscientious team players who are eager to learn and who want to grow with our expanding organization. At R2P, you’ll learn from innovators looking to bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness.

Although this internship is unpaid, we will work with the student and his/her school to assist the individual in receiving college credit. A stipend, or reimbursement for expenses incurred on the student’s behalf may also be considered. R2P offers many opportunities to increase your knowledge of business, personal development, and technology skills. This will not only benefit your growth at our firm but with your entire future.

Students may begin immediately to still receive Fall internship credit. Students may begin immediately to receive Spring internship credit.

A mix of psychology, communication, organizational skills and creativity, management/administration experience will give any student or professional a good chance to see how a business operates. Interning with R2P will give you all of this and more, as management/administration teams rely heavily on their interns to help with business performance and efficiency.

Our management and administration internship program is perfect for those currently enrolled in a degree program or in pursuit of gaining more experience in areas of:

- Business Management/ Administration
- Health Management/Administration
- Sports Management/Administration
- Wellness/ Physical Education
- Exercise Physiology

This internship opportunity is currently only available at our Richmond, Virginia locations, including corporate work-site, hospital, private physician practices, and community locations, however we can provide valuable virtual opportunity as well.

You will receive training and on-going support from all levels of the management staff. Training, meetings and internship hours are scheduled to accommodate scholastic or other work schedules.
