ECOFARMS Panama

ECOFARMS Panama is a grassroots educational and developmental platform that brings together students, professionals, and outdoor enthusiasts. Working together with the community, we strive to improve both the quality of life of local people and the overall health of the environment in the Mamoni River by developing and implementing responsible farming and conservation techniques.

Volunteers engage in different programs such as workshops, assisting with scientific research, general field work and community outreach programs. At any time, there are a variety of 'micro-projects' being pursued at the farm, and new ideas are always welcome. Some areas of action include:
-Forestry

-Biology and Ecology
-Agriculture
-Rural Development
-Social work
-Environmental Education
