If you have ever considered selling, branding, manufacturing, or running your own virtual e-commerce business, there is no better place to learn it than with us! We will not only show you the technical details, but teach you essential skills and pitfalls to avoid in running a SUCCESSFUL e-commerce business. Our interns will be integrally involved in all aspects of the business, and have the opportunity to get real, hands-on experience. The intern will be responsible for the daily operation of the business, under supervision and training. We will offer valuable experience in every area of successfully operating an e-commerce business. We will teach you how to run, manage, and most importantly increase sales and expand internet presence, which will be essential to your learning.

As an e-commerce Intern, your responsibilities are to:
-Help with order purchasing from suppliers
-Managing retail orders from start to finish, including payment processing and returns
-Answering questions customers may have
-Verifying data for product launches
-Assist in shipping products from receiving to sending logistics of orders
-Inventory management
-Supplies, materials and resource restock
-Identifying, sourcing, and purchasing new products

THIS IS AN UNPAID INTERNSHIP - but there is definitely high potential for growth and opportunity for pay within the next 3-6 months. Opportunity for sales related commission also if you have a proven aptitude for sales experience.

The intern will gain experience in managing various departments and work flows in a e-commerce company. They will gain knowledge of internet marketing on multiple platforms. Interns will get insight on managing inventory and databases for a large catalog of products.

The intern will start with the scope of our company, core values, and organization structure. Then we will give a walk-through of processes in our company, to give a broad understanding of how our systems work including: people, information, and technology. The intern will be provided a company handbook that outlines our team rules and guidelines. For projects, the intern will have a project list, managed and reviewed by the supervisor with deadlines, feedback, and detailed explanations of how to complete each task. The intern will correspond with the supervisor via email on a periodic basis when work is completed. Supervisor(s) will critique the intern in a performance evaluation, which is usually done as a one-on-one conversation. The instructions are provided via tutorial in video, written, picture or audio form, since our training may be in-depth for some parts of the project. Other training will be hands on.

The intern will be involved in all departments of the company from order and supply chain management, customer service, warehouse logistics, inventory management, internet marketing, accounts receivable and payables, branding of products, website, and company, accounting, team and workflow management.
