The Y9 Group’s internship program seeks to expose students to a wide variety of tasks and challenges. The intern will develop skills vitally important in today’s business environment.
Internship Position: Consultant
Type: Virtual
Compensation: College/Academic Credit
Work Hours: Flexible Schedule
Total Hours per Week: 10 – 20 hrs
Age Requirement: 18+


업무내용

Description of Duties:
 Gain substantial knowledge in our company’s services and study the demographic details of the target consumer
 Meet with clients and assist with client needs assessments identifying critical client issues related to capacity building with
emphasis on administration and management
 Create a plan to answer critical questions and reach solutions to critical issues
 Prepare reports on consulting services performed (or to be performed) and discuss results and recommendations with clients
 Complete client projects efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of proficiency
 Attend appropriate professional meetings and conferences and reading publications to maintain and expand professional
knowledge

Our goal of this internship is to help the individual to gain the following personal development:
 Develop planning, organizational and time management skills
 Increase knowledge of computer skills and technology
 Develop team-based work competencies
 Establish a fundamental foundation in Business Administration / Management and/or Nonprofit Administration /
Management


요구사항

Educational Requirements:
 2+ years of coursework completed in the following majors: Business Administration / Management, Nonprofit
Administration / Management, Public Administration, or related majors
 Minimum overall GPA of 3.00

Skills:
 An independent decision maker with the ability to work as an effective member of a team
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Office and database management
 Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
 Detailed and organized; able to identify and implement process improvements that increase accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
