The mission of Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites is to bring history to life by educating the public about Bethlehem’s rich heritage, by preserving historic sites and by collecting, preserving and exhibiting historical and artistic objects that can be used to tell the stories of Bethlehem’s people.
The Historic Site Management intern will learn how to operate a museum site including visitor operations and experience, maintenance, staff scheduling and management, marketing, outreach, and point of sale. The successful applicant will have a strong customer service background and excellent problem solving and organizational skills. This internship is ideal for individuals with history, anthropology, and hospitality/tourism management backgrounds.

업무내용
Train with the museum Site Manager in all operations of the museum. Work towards managing the assigned site independently and developing the visitor experience. All interns must complete a project designed to further their academic and professional goals, as well as the mission of Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites.
요구사항
Must be enrolled in a program focusing on hospitality and tourism management, museums, museum collections, history, anthropology, non-profit or business management. Graphic design and computer technical skills are a plus.
