0-1 direct trade show experience. This position will primarily handles trade shows
Exhibit house experience and/or large booth setups
Expert in powerpoint and excel
Good command in English.
Proactive, cheerful and pleasant personality are essential
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Salary $20/hr all inclusive. However, Rates will commensurate with experience. Not a constraint for exceptional candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist with trade show/event logistics and shipping
Organize shipment of promotional materials and equipment for trade shows and presentations
Coordinate pre-event marketing to trade show attendees, including email and direct marketing
Order and maintain a supply of promotional materials for shows and other events.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Coordinates exhibitor services (e.g., utility forms, material handling, etc).
Researches and identifies potential venues (including site visits), vendors and services.
Develops and evaluates requests for proposal for potential venues, vendors, and services.
Responsible for the refurbishment and maintenance of exhibit booths.
Responsible for the inventory and maintenance of booth and event materials located at our warehouse
As scheduled, serves as booth host/hostess for trade shows.
